HOW DO I RETURN?
- Firstly fill in our Returns Form
- Enter your order number and contact details on the form.
- Upload any photos of damaged items, or documents relating to the return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com or fill in the returns form.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Gift cards
- Used items that are un-sellable.
- Discounted items (if applicable)
